I have had quite a number of items that I have shipped and that I have had shipped to me through your postal "service" that have been properly packaged and labeled as fragile to come destroyed and crushed as if they had been handled by a bunch of animals. With your new service touting ebay shipping will you offer any sort of insurance to obvious abuse by your employees that have difficulty reading clearly marked in plain english "fragile" warnings? The reason I ask is that the ad campaign that you are running does not seem to state that most items shipped through canada post will have to endure extreme distress, please answer this e-mail and that is my correct address I set it up for this e-mail because I don't want you spamming my regular mail with junk mail like you do with my postal box. Thank you.

Anyways as a PS you should state in your ads that the insurance won't cover items shipped to and from the US because both countries will play the blame game and say it was the others fault. Though I know for a fact that the US postal service takes a lot more pride in delivering the mail without stomping on it like an enraged bull as you do with your packages. In addidition I am so enraged with your corporation right now because I had shipped a package that was double boxed with quality corrogated cardboard and packed firmly with packaging peanuts arrive at the persons house extremely destroyed and crushed. Please respond to this e-mail.
